Who we are

EmJul Foundation ("we", "us") is a foundation registered in Ghana. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use this website.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you make a donation, apply to volunteer, register for an event, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location and any message you send. When you tell us about a Mobile Money or bank gift, we also keep the amount, date and transaction reference so we can match it and send your receipt. We never ask for your Mobile Money PIN or bank login.

How we use your information

We use your information to process donations and send receipts, respond to enquiries, manage volunteer applications and event registrations, and, if you subscribe, send you our newsletter.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can accept or decline analytics cookies when you first visit.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
